You do not need to prepare anything in advance.
The video call will take place using Google Meet which is built into most Chrome browsers by default.
You will be emailed the Google Meet link to use for the call. Please check junk/spam folders if you cannot see it.
Please try to find somewhere quiet with a good connection to take the call from your laptop.
